What does the worker gain from his toil?

I have seen the burden God has laid on men.
11
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He
has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet
they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning
to end.
12
I know that there is nothing better for men than to
be happy and do good while they live.
13
That everyone may eat and drink, and find
satisfaction in all his toil — this is the
gift of God.
This
is the Word of the Lord ... It is meant to change
the way that we think, and the way that we live.

Is Your Work
Satisfying?
God gives us a gift of
rewards for our work here on earth and we can find
ways to honor God even during the work day.
But, "eternity" is always a
factor too. We can never be completely satisfied
with worldly work or possessions because we are
spiritual beings made with wiring to satisfy God.
Are We Really
Satisfied?
Our true satisfaction will
come when we live forever with our Lord in
heaven. Enjoy your work
and your life as gifts from God; not just for what
you can buy or own.
