Employer /
Employee Relationships
-
- Ecclesiastes
10:1-4
10:1
As dead flies give perfume a bad smell,
- so a little folly
outweighs wisdom and honor.
-
- 2 The heart of the
wise inclines to the right,
- but the heart of the
fool to the left.
-
- 3 Even as he walks
along the road,
- the fool lacks sense
- and shows everyone how
stupid he is.
-
- 4 If a ruler's anger
rises against you,
- do not leave your
post;
- calmness can lay great
errors to rest.
This
is the Word of the Lord ... It is meant to
change the way that we think, and the way that
we live.

Employer and
Employee Relations
Verse four of this Bible
study passage by Solomon possibly talks about work
relationships between employers and
employees. He is
basically saying that we should remain calm and
keep doing our job even though the boss is
complaining or raving.
If you continue what you're
doing and do the best job you can even in times of
conflict with your employer, chances are he or she
will get over it eventually - and you will gain
respect from the experience. d:-)
