When I applied my mind to know wisdom and to
observe man's labor on earth—his eyes not
seeing sleep day or night-
17 then I saw all that God
has done.
No one can comprehend what
goes on under the sun.
Despite all his efforts to
search it out, man cannot discover its meaning.
Even if a wise man claims
he knows, he cannot really comprehend it.
This
is the Word of the Lord ... It is meant to change
the way we think, and the way we live.

Can we
really comprehend God?
This is an amazing world we
live in. Some of the
wonders I've seen in my lifetime are simply
mind-boggling!!
Here are just a few of the
inventions and advancements of mankind that I
remember well in no particular order (this shows my
age) ...

- Microwave

I could go on and on but I
think you see what I mean. How many items and
technological innovations can you come up with?
Plenty, I'll bet!
What is the point of all
this?
I've often wondered what kind
of a mind it takes to come up with an invention
such as the computer or a microwave oven. I have a
tough enough time just learning to use
them.
Genius
abounds
Our world has produced many
people throughout history who have been called
"genius" - just over the past 100 years including
names like Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, George
Washington Carver join this group.
Is there a genus on earth
equal to God?
Even if you could take all
the great minds of the last one hundred years (or
the last thousand) and place them in conference,
together they would never be able to
comprehend the essence of God. He
is all-knowing, all-powerful and is everything we
dream of being.
George Washington Carver did
absolutely astounding things with the peanut; WHICH
GOD MADE!! God also made Mr. Carver!!
Yes, George Washington Carver
was a wonderful genus but even he could not
make a peanut!!
The Good News about
Understanding God
The good news is that we have
God within us through Jesus Christ. Although
we do not understand or comprehend His power, He
will stand behind us when we do His
will.
How does it feel to have the
greatest mind ever known to the universe on your
side? Don't spend the rest of your life trying to
comprehend God (you can't) .. Just
enjoy His presence and allow Him to use
you.
