Welcome to Harvest
Day 2007 at First Baptist. This may be
your first Harvest Day or your 20th.
Whatever your status, we welcome you to
the celebration of what God is doing in
this place.
Our theme this year
is Upon This Rock based on the
Matthew 16:18 passage where Jesus says to
Peter, This is the rock on which I
will put together my church, a church so
expansive with energy that not even the
gates of hell will be able to keep it
out.
The rock
we celebrate is reflected in our mission
statement: We make disciples of
Jesus who love God, love each other, and
make new disciples. We pray that you
might join us in the next few days of
revival as we think together about the
rocks of surrender,
introspection, transformation and
perseverance.
